Position of the Thule Sleek Car Seat Adapter on a Chicco stroller

Hazard: The plastic brackets on the car seat adapter for Chicco® can break posing a fall hazard to infants.

Recalled Product: Thule Sleek Car Seat Adapter sold from August 2018 – January 2020.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the car seat adapters and contact Thule Group for a full refund or free replacement product.
